I am running windows 7 64 bit. If I don't have text size set to 100% in the display settings the game graphics take up aprox. 1/4 of the upper left side of the screen. All of the menus seem to be in the correct places on the screen and highlight in the game UI if I find them.

Default for text size is 150% and my screen resolution is set to 1920x1080 which is recommended. With text size set to 100% everything runs smoothly however this requires a logout & back into my profile which can get annoying.

For the sake of older gamers who can't see straight such as myself could you please see what you can do about this issue?
