The river grafic is missing from this river. In other games, I was able to see the river grafic. Attached is save game that shows the missing river grafic.
Save games has start turn and a few turns in showing a dock being built. The tiles look like normal grass land tiles. Also attached a picture of the missing river.
I continued playing and found a river with the correct grafics to the NW.
