Did it once by accident, second time to see if it would happen again.

Galaxy map (little button next to zoom in/out, next to minimap)

If you move the mouse pointer over the Galaxy map then use the mousewheel to zoom error window pops up, 'program has chosen to end in an unexpected way' (more or less what it said) causing instant 'crash to desktop'

Weird because it does actually seem to work as regards zooming on the Galaxy map, could see the sectors zoomed in
