had re-loaded game. then loaded save game and played from turn 415 to end of turn 674 when had another crash to desktop (no error message just elemental closed returning to desktop), when I checked the crash file location the dmp was still there and the zip was 0(zero) bytes
rared the dmp, added the zip,sage games folder debug.err & dxdiag report
the only probable clue able to be offered is that I had in the previous turn had killed one of the factions by sov stupidity (sov was approaching a town I had just taken, on its own, and I sent out one of my heros to attack the sov, in my zone)and the music and sound effects had stopped about fifty turns before
