I bought the game "Elementals - The Master Key" on Feb. 8 and received a message complete with unlock code, but the game does not show up on umpluse.
How do I download "Elementals - The Master Key"?
Did you use the same email address to buy Elementals as you used to log into Impulse? PayPal perhaps?

I did use the correct email address and even received a confirmation with activation key. I notice the the game is missing from the "detect application" list in Impulse.
support@Stardock.com is your best bet then.
The game suddenly appeared on Impulse 10 days after I bought it.
