We ALL need to do more to see new players come on. Almost every day I am disgusted with the way I see players being treated in the lobbies. If we don't make a bit of an effort for them they won't stick around with the natural wastage that occurs anyway the last 5 of us still playing won't be able to get a 3v3 going.
