I remember this strange behaviour always: when an opponent fire in tactical battles the camera move in strange way, focusing in the edge of the screen,not in the target. Does anyone have this experience?

There is an auto-move camera feature in tactical battles.
You can turn it off in the options screen by disabling the "Auto-move camera in Tactical" opton in the "Gameplay" tab.
That's not the point. This is the feature that needs polishing. The bug is a minor annoyance and I hope you'll get to that after dealing with more serious flaws... or remove it completely.
