Cast arcane arrow a half dozen times in combat.  Each time it was saying it was doing 3 damage, supposed to be 75% of my intelligence according to the spell description.  That would be 9 damage.  It's only doing 25% (I think 75% of 12 is still 9). It's also unclear if the spell is doing damage at all, the graphics showed a -3 over the targets head, but it only took damage one out of 6 times.  If it was absorbed it showed nothing in the combat log, it said 3 damage in the log.

Also can't find the intelligence stat on my character detail, everything else is there, including charisma, but nothing about intelligence?
