Reloaded a saved game.  My npc follower had the same image as my custom created leader.  Saved games are very buggy.  Lost influence radius, lost research.  Also on my reload, after my influence radius increased again I had to rebuild my housing,  when it was complete it told me 3 times on the Hud that it was finished (3 icons saying it was complete). 

update:  This occurs on tabbing out.  I just tabbed out to create another bug report, and when I tabbed back in, my leader had the same icon as Janusk on the menu bar at the bottom! When I tabbed back into the game the first time I saw this my leaders image was correct again.
