I had this a long time ago. I can't remember if it corrected itself during the game or was good on the next game. Sometimes the game loading does funky things to me. Did you try saving the game and reloading? Turn on\off zoom to curser, try it then toggle zoom to curser back. That is a weird one.
I get the mouse moving the screen without holding a button a lot. Need to center on a planet and right click to stop it.
