The carrige arrived at the main castle gates of Great Greens, The King and Queen proceded with their guards and walked to the main palace. The Green Giant greeted them and walked with them around the kingdom. The Queen became envyous of the land and it's riches. She whispered to her pioneers as they walked though the land. "Go to the east and build an outpost for our troops, be within the Garden Patch, but far away from it's people. Tell the general to travel to this land, our troops will be ready by then."

The Dairy King and the Green Giant discussed of treatys and dynasties. "My friend," the Dairy King said, "We wish our nations peace, our youngest daughter Dairy Cream to wed your grandson Sweat Pea Jr., their age difference is great, but our people live long and age slowly, may our children continue our legacy." The veganic people celebrated and they feasted and partied until dawn. The Queen, who did not partake in the celebration, held the vile of dark-crystal in her hand and went to her sleeping king. "Drink husband, may your heart harden and your wrath strong." As he drank, his skin glowed dark. his eyes darted towards the Queen and spoke in a voice his Queen never heard before. "You vile woman, you've brought death to me. Why? did I not give you what your heart desired?" He choked and passed out. For the first time, the Queen's spoiled heart grew weak and cried. "What have I done, I've killed my love." As she wept, the King slowly stood behind the Queen. The King drew his sword and raised it towards the Queen. "You betray me again, and I will wash my sword in your blood." The Queen stoped crying and begged the King for forgiveness. She pleaded with the king and told her plan to take over the land. The King said "Go to the outpost and wait for my command, we will weaken this kingdom before we crush it beneath our feet."

The Dairy King sent a messenger to the Green Giant and said. "We are thankful for your hospitality, we are needed in our country so we must leave imediatly. Our daughter Cream shall stay and we will await the wedding."  The King retreated to the kingdom and began planing and building his forces. The Green Giant, sad by the news, told his people to treat the Dairy Kingdom as family. Time passed and the noble Sweet Pea decied to venture to the far off land of Dairy. He scaled the high mountains, and sailed over the lake to the lands of Dairy. However, he did not see the land as sweet as the good King Dairy described. He saw many troops armed with bows and swords. He saw sieges and weapons of war far more powerful then any weapon in the great land of Garden Patch. "I must warn my father!" he whispered. He journyed back the quickest route when he saw the outpost in his land. "They now spoil our land too!? The Dark King will come for us, I must warn our people." As Sweet Pea fled, a soldier spotted the son of Green Giant and told the mo-hawked general. The general then journied to the Great Greens and waited in the near forest.

"Where is father?" the young prince said. The Guard said "He is in Stir-fry sir." The prince said, prepare my fastest horse, my 800, and my sword, I must travel tonight." The prince rode in the night and stoped at the forest to rest. He walked through the forest when a voice cried out. The prince ran as fast as posible to the noise when he saw a mo-hawked man bury his sword into a veganic man's heart. He then spoke "The foolish, I pity". The general then spotted the prince and threw his ax. Instantly he slaughtered royal prince. The guards who searched for the prince found his body the next day. There was a note found next to him with the words scribed, "Thouest not taketh thy jibber jabber, taken is his eight-hundred he collects." The Guards  discovered the that Sweat Pea's leather purse carrying eight-hundred pieces of gold was stolen, along with his solid gold necklace. No one knew who or what killed the man and the prince, but the Green Giant wept when he heard the news. He decided to venture to the far lands of the west, giving power to his first son, Lil Sprout.

The last they saw of the Giant was when Sweat Pea Jr. and Cream's bundle of joy, Pea Soup was born. But as the Giant left the land, The trumpets sound as the call for war is heard in the land of Vegetable Patch. It appears that the treaty with the Dark Dairy has soured. The messenger reported that the mo-hawked thug sided with the Dark Dairy King and is gathering his troops to march to Corncob Cove. His army was reported at being 450 power. The small village of Corncob Cove was only a tiny 65. Other troops are traveling to the village to offer a better defense, but will not make it in time. To make matters worse, Cream was kidnapped by the mo-hawked thug, the general of the Dairy army. Where was the "Jolly Green Giant?", He was last seen by Onion Outpost venturing through the unknown wasteland. It was up to the first in line, Lil Sprout, the ill baby carrot, and the angry Sweat Pea Jr. Thus concludes this chapter.
