On the unit screen, where the stats are listed, add tool tips to explain what the stats mean.
On the inventory screen, allow us to switch between characters.
Use different icons for researcher, lore master, farmer, etc.
On the equipment screen, add a visual indicator that allows us to tell if a piece of equipment can't be sold. It will save a trip to the merchant only to find out I have nothing to sell.
In both the inventory screen and the shop, list the type of each armor so we know what types we need and what types we are already equipped with. It is annoying to buy a bunch of different armors only to find that some of them happen to be the same type. It is also annoying to have to guess if I should buy a new piece of armor or if the slot has already been filled.
In the shop, instead of showing an image of the vendor, show the current hero's inventory. This way we have access to all the relevant information to upgrade our heroes.
Show the city level on the notable settlement screen. As it is now, I have no idea how to tell what level a city is.
Add a tooltip to the research button on the main screen.
Add a tooltip for the study spells button on the main screen.
I notice that the hero screen now has a button to go to the inventory screen. That helps a lot.
