I was messing around with seeing all the buildings and making uber units  so I used the tech cheat to get all the techs quick. The issue comes in with two of the infinite kingdom techs, the only ones left over when all is researched, refined economy and refined diplomacy. Economy is supposed to boost guildar production by 10% and diplomacy diplomatic capital by 10%. After several times researching both of these, nothing happened. I also noticed that where the other infinite techs have their little ability unlocked, these two just have a blank in the tech description. Figured this was a bug.
