Hey All,
I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a desktop application that could generate the required XML files for various mods (e.g. equipment, units, spells, etc).
If there is enough interest i'll fire up VB.NET and start to write one. If anyone knows vb.net and wants to assist in writing the program I would be happy to have the assistance.
