1. If I turn off Janusk's advickes at the start of the game, Janusk will not appear at all. He get angry on me?
2. Looks like you can build imrovements on resources that are not in city zone (one with fence) in the same time with "normal" building. E.g. I have city with nothing built and influence radius 2. Then I can build Workshop and imrovement that is 2 tiles away from city in the same time.
