During the beta, it seems no one understood the two difficulty options, and even then we still didn't get the point of setting each AI to its own level, we need a dedicated difficulty screen when starting a new game, otherwise this is all not only counter intuitive, it is annoying having to set 8 players to the desired difficulty each and every game.
My suggestion would be to put both difficulty options on the one screen, no confusion then.
Possibly call one World Difficulty and the other option AI difficulty.
If you *must* have the option to set each player ,then with the two main ones at the top, have each player listed separately bellow, so they can be changed one at a time, as the very last screen.
Also thier is no difficulty seting for the campaine, any reason why?
