I've bought the limited edition, but it wasn't shipped yet!

Nor does Stardock give any feedback why!

I've pre-ordered the limited edition on July 10th.

I found it a little bit weird and unintuitive to find my order history. I became worried at game launch, as I received no feedback: the site doesn't say anything about my order status, nor I received any email.

I've wrote to sales@stardock.com and received an automatic reply, asking my to wait until 2 business days for a reply. Two days passed, no reply.

WHAT'S GOING ON WITH MY ORDER?! WHY CAN'T I HAVE ANY FEEDBACK ABOUT ITS STATUS? WHY DIDN?T SALES DEPARTMENT REPLY WITHIN THE 2 BUSINESS DAYS AS PROMISSED?

I know Stardock is overwhelmed with bugs feedback and fixing the game, but I think at least the sales department should say something. They are not being professional.

I'm very disppointed. I won't order anything from Stardock EVER again!

I received the game today, after going through customs. I had to pay 21€ extra. That means the game (limited edition) cost me around 92€ total (that's 120USD, btw).

I'm relieved it's here, although it teached me not to buy impulsively from extra-EU countries.

I've paid £60 (about a days work) so I hope I don't have to pay duty on it or it's going straight back to Stardock and I'll be after a full refund!

Why do I feel like Stardock will be trying to sell me watches or telling me I'm the only surviving relative of a rich uncle if I just pay the legal cost I can have my inheritance?

I charge my US customers £6 delivery and guarantee 5 working days! (Shipping company called Interlink)

I feel sick that a company I've been with since the windowblinds-on-windows-98 days could treat its customers / users / fans like this.

I want so much to like this game but I've finding it harder every day. The new patch brought a new recruiting bug, I can't get tracking info on my LE version as it's cheap post - I paid £12 postage for it so I feel robbed - and now I might have to pay duty too?!

Frogboy, if you read this have a word with the sales team, they're ripping us off on postage while your working too hard to fix, what is at its heart, a great game.
