Stardock has been able to enjoy the benefits of a hard won good reputation with PC gaming fans and reviewers alike, so I hope that this quick shot to the chin will not discourage you or your team from continuing to operate at the same level that earned your reputation in the first place. Most people are rooting for you to stand up and execute a knockout punch by fixing what went wrong and going beyond that to increase your good reputation even further. People admire this kind of effort in the face of criticism, while they shun the opposite with more vigor than might seem fair.
Also, Fanboys need to get their nose out of Stardock's anus long enough to realize that Elemental was released in a very buggy state and completely unplayable on many systems that are above, some far above, minimum requirements. Even after the 1.05 patch. You aren't helping Stardock by defending such a buggy mess. Supporting Stardock in their efforts to fix the performance, crashing, and game mechanics issues would be far more positive and productive. Again, most people are rooting for Stardock and Elemental and many would not waste their time posting on this forum if they didn't care and hope for the best.
Cheers!
A hopeful Fan
