I recently received my Destiny's Embers Kindle Ebook and was not able to find a Code for the additional content that Brad mentioned. I looked before the Prologue and after the Acknowledgments and was not able to find it. It did mention that a code is available and is found on the inner cover but there is no code I can see. Can any of you who have purchased the Ebook edition tell me where to look or can someone from Stardock chime in if Ebook users will be getting the code?
So, I've asked in a number of threads now, and nobody is replying....Are Kindle users NOT going to get a code then?

The book was awesome, very great elements in it, i cant wait to see the bonus campaign and follow the footsteps of Xander and Geni. Also, Brad, I hope you write the follow up very soon, that cliffhanger was great and would love to read more.
Is there an audio version? While I love to read, I am crazy busy finishing up my EE degree. I pretty much only get to enjoy books now if i can listen to them in the car on my way to and from class.

I haven't loaded anything into the game yet, but on the PC I entered the code on, I did get to the screen that lists the content.
