Having purchased this from amazon for my kindle, I see this on the 'Copyright' page at the end of the book:
Enter the code found on the inside cover of this book for exclusive access to the Destiny's Embers Game campaign at: (url)
But I don't see any code on that page, or any other page in the beginning or end of the book.
Is the campaign code not available to eBook customers?
Please clarify. Thank you for your time.
