Game almost always crashes after loading a game

Game almost always crashes after loading a game while within the game, resulting in an ongoing buzzing sound from the speakers. Re-starting the game and loading the savegame works fine (rather than loading from within the game).  Been happening throughout beta.  Was hoping that the retail version would fix it.

Any ideas?

If there was a dump zip created in C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Elemental - War of Magic, please post that too.

Ok, decided to make it crash again to get you the other log file.  Here are the two (new) log files from this error as requested:
