Beware

I don't know if this has been addressed before, but here goes. I was hosting a 3v3 game that was really laggy even though pings and sim speeds were ok. Every 2sec's the game would freeze for about 3 sec's. I was asking if everyone wanted to continue playing or quit before the 3 min mark. Although the other team didn't answer, they apparently did quit. The game clock was at 2 min. When I checked my account, the game had been registered as a win with 6 min's game time. Could it be that the 3 min mark is measured in real-time minutes and not game time and with all the freezes we passed it? I really feel bad about the other teams loss .

yes the 3 min mark is measured in real time minutes not game time. plus wins and losses shouldnt be worried about its just a game for fun

Yeah a long loading time waiting for connections counts in that 3 minute time frame.  Watch out for that.

Yeah, I know, I really don't mind about my stats butwhat really makes me feel bad is being called a cheater because of things like this. Today for example I had three invalid gamestates in a row, but I was only hosting one of those games. One of my team-mates had quit and the other wouldn't concede even though we had clearly lost. Since I was the host I didn't want to quit and risk the game disappearing and I said so to everyone. So I hung back at the citadel waiting for the game to end and an invalid gamestate happened. So I get abuse about how I was bragging before I induce this cheat . I don't even know the first thing about programing or whatever it takes to cheat in games!

well there are alot of idiots out there who yell cheater constantly so just remember who they are and try to avoid them if thats impossable theres always changing your name so they dont know who you are
