You folks are terrific help! As you can see by the linked ss, the lower portion of the 'copying items' window is not properly skinned, yet nowhere in SKS7 can I find where I can fix it or what it's called.
Any suggestions?

That part isn't skinnable, to my knowledge. I really wish it was, and I posted that in the "what would you like to see skinnable that isn't" thread.
