Well it seens that the game is yet being updated 
So i have some ideas that i would lik to see implemented if possible...
the first one is about the colonizing period,if you play on imense maps with little planets (i like the idea of the range thecs having some utility) the "crystal ball" of the ai to know where the habitable planets/resources are, simply ruins the game... you have much espace to explore to find planets / resources, while the ai simples goes to them directly and unless you are very luck to get some good planets near your capital and find some resources in the way you to colonizing you get little planets and no resource at all.
well now someone will say "just take them from the ai"... well and what about that diplomatic/influence/research/whatever victory type you want that does no include violence (at least not initiated by you). the way it is i am obrigated to go for some early war techs and rush the near ai to get to a good size. and i am only playing on criplying (don't know how to write).
I understand that for the warmongers the way it is is good, as gives more chalenging, so i think that an option for a normal exploration for the ai should be given (explore to find the planets first, or for the expansive ones, just send colony ships at a star cluster at random to see if there is a habitable planet)
The other thing is about the mining thechs of the star bases... with the diferent thech trees you have diferent modules for mining / economic star bases... and you can build the ALL then, this for me is a flaw, as it is illogic and overpow the resources/economic star bases...
You should be given the choic of selecting a "mining exploration path", your on, or the alien one you get from trading/stealing techs, not the 2/3 of them... ...it is even illogic, as if you have room on your starbase for all of then, you shoul simply replicate the most effective one, and not build one of each.
I don't know if i was clear, as english is not my primary language, the idea is, you can build modules of a given tech tree... once you chosse it you cannot build modules from an alternate tech tree intended for the same use (mining/economic/etc) as it doubles the input from the star base and overpower resources.
Well that is it... i have some more opinions on change, but these 2 are the most importante ones.
