I've noticed that the minor races aprear to have their own style of ships...some are pretty neat looking. Is there any way to mod the game to allow the player to be able to use these styles? thanks.
You're mistaken. If you look at the RaceConfig.xml file, you'll see that the minor races use other ship styles, not their own.
