It's much better than prevously - so far 4/4 successfull starts in pantheon (though you will still run into jerks dropping after first death). But, as someone commented, pre-made teams are still farming favor in custom games so this might change soon if no policy is introduced against team-joins in current Pantheon and dropping on game creation.
