I play patheon when there is one or skirmish otherwise. I really don't like dominate games (the one you need to get flags). Since yesterday, I played 8 games and 5 of them were dominate.

It would be really nice if we could set our preferences for the game mode. What I mean is, add an options in the game to say which game mode you prefer to play. Then, the system place you in a game by looking at your preferences. If it's impossible to give you your first choice of game mode, then check if it's possible to put you in a game with your second choice and so on. Whatever how the system would work, it would be nice to play more games with the game mode you like the most.

If it's not possible to do such a system, it would be great if the each game mode you play gets the same play ratio.

An other option would be to have a lobby before each patheon/skirmish game and let everyone vote for the game mode they want to play.

Has this been discussed yet? Where there any input from Stardock/GPG?
