I was charged twice for my purchase of Demigod. First when I reserved it and second on the ship date.... Who do I have to contact to remedy this?

The initial reservation is typically only a temporary hold placed by the bank. If they treated it as a normal charge, please contact sales@stardock.com to get it fixed.
