Download Stuck on 'Preparing'

I have my key and Demigod is in the My Games tab. However, when I try to install it, it says 'Preparing' but never actually starts downloading. I've left it for over 30 minutes and it still doesn't start downloading. I've also tried restarting Impluse but still get the same problem. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I'd say just leave it for a while.  Near as I can tell, the infrastructure must be absolutely hammered, because it took me 10 minutes to get Impulse to even log in!

(Course then I clicked "Install" and the darn thing starts instantly, so now I don't know what to tell you)
