not sure if its possible to pre order now, as from 19 minutes from now, the pre order key sending process should begin and at that point, ( i have no idea about this by the way ) but at that point, it will prably be just plain ordering it, and i dont know if that means watiing till the 14th or not.
If it does mean till 14th, well, cant really complain cause left it a bit late to "pre order" hehe,
