Tried to enter a ticket, but Support would not let me go to next page until I selected a department from the list. The problem? THERE WERE NO DEPARTMENTS LISTED!
Kind of a Catch-22 isn't it? How do I add a ticket about not being able to add a ticket? Here is what I wanted to add:
I was having a problem with my Alt-Tab and Vista Task Switcher. The images were all black, and Vista Switcher was not eveing working correctly. I went through my programs in Impulse and asked each to 'Verify". Got messages that said there were updates, program not installed correctly, etc. Long story short, I updated and reinstalled. NOW, all I have a blak desktop! The Alt-Tab and Vista Switcher are working correctly now, but my Harley Davidson desktop is missing! What must I do? Thank you...
