What is the difference between SkinStudio and WindowBlinds exactly? Is it that SkinStudio allows for more customization?

Thank you. So, WindowBlinds is a utility that allows users to apply previously made skins/themes, but it does not allow any customization of the skins. Is this correct?

Not exactly....with the Config of WB you can change skin color, fonts. transparency and blur, side bar and explorer background and wallpaper (skin...not in your house... ).
just buy them both.
with skin studio you will either enjoy using your talents at graphics software like Photoshop etc. to create your own skins.. or if you know nothing about graphics software it will give you a reason to learn...
