I just built a new computer to play this game and some others specificly to get up to date with 64 bit software and with the latest platforms.I spent 1000 bucks building this system and it plays this game like shit it doesnt do any better than my old dual core system.Im lucky to get 5 FPS and this is a phenom II X 4 940 @3ghz with 8 gb of gskill 1066 set at 5 5 5 15 graphics card is a His Radeon 4870 1 gb factory Oced to 750/4ghz.Board is Gagabyte 790gx with 750 southbridge. Operating System Is windows vista home Premium 64.I shouldnt be having these slowdowns as this is one of the newest high power platforms(Dragon) and it doesnt work any better than my Dual Core AMD or my Quad core Pentium q6600 running the same graphics card.WTF

I have tried turning off un needed services  and crap runing in the background and that helps some(I may gain 1 or 2 FPS) but the game just stutters to the point of being unplayable.is there anything that would stop this.I have turned off AMD cool and quiet as I know that can cause stutter but no luck.
