The wiki is a good start, although you are correct that TA brought many changes. Both taxation and tourism were changed for TA (taxation is less while tourism was less and now is more), but I don't have exact numbers on either and honestly doubt anyone does. I'm unsure what exactly you're asking for with regards to influence, but ask Willy; he's our resident influence expert.
Morale is unchanged, to my knowledge-the homeworld just has a larger bonus, is all.
