Level 1 Bramble cannot be cast on allies (think its due to its tiny range). Apparently its possible if you spam it enough, but I have never been able to do it. Once you hit level 2 it works fine.

Universal Gadget: A lot of the time when I try casting it on my ally, it simply does not work and nothing happens (same as bramble level 1).

Couldn't find any posts on these so apologies if they have been posted already.

Also, im still downloading beta 3A so I will check if its been fixed there.
