Cloak of Night is the General item instant warp that delivers 300 damage to all enemies near target. I like it a bunch, but it might be slightly OP through level 10 or so, being as it is an instant AoE damage spell you can't run away from. It's the perfect finisher. Alot of times you see people completely confused as to how they died because it happens so quickly...
One favorite is 2 QoTs with this item. Two Groundspikes and two cloakwarps will kill most anyone in the area...
Should this be tweaked? If so, how can we tweak it while preserving the flavor and power of the item?
