Ok, it is great to know that someone is working on it and reading here .  It looks like it will good when it is finished.

 

Also, I found another bug, though this one seems to be with the site itself.  If I click Pantheon at the top of this page, and then click Skirmish Rankings, and then click one of the page numbers, it sends me to the tournament listing instead of to the right page of the rankings.  If from there I click on Skirmish Rankings again, however, it works .

Are you planning to implement the losses too? did you got track on those data? because everyone have 0 losses.

Yea dont worry for beta 3/Retail version there will definately be losses

Yes, I will be implementing losses as well.  We are still working with Gas Powered Games in getting the proper statistics.  Whatever we get we will try to put on this website.  Expect more as we go on, perhaps even after launch.

Minor update this morning.  Fixed a few bugs, resolved the "jump" from rank 900 to 10,000.  Losses are now counted.

We removed quite a bit of data for the time being. 

Expect a "bigger" update with some design changes, more stats, and more bug fixes later this week/early next week.

I'm sure these will resolve as people play but I'm seeing a few things that are strange -

- Minutes played is negative for some people, and appears to affect the ranking

- Blackbeard is in there 6 times or so, and there are some other multiples

All of the previous rankings are now back up.  Note that if you see something like that again, that's just our test data and will be updated soon.

Negative played minutes comes from a bug we fixed a while back.  Problem is, anyone who was playing at the time of the bug will have negative playtime.  Those negative won't be there for the full game.

We are still looking into why the same person appears multiple times.

In other news, I'm impressed by the number of Beta testers who have actually played a game since stats tracking came in, let alone pre-ordered.  $100k or more right there

Going to have to make a mod that loops the code that starts a game and then passes the win trigger =P If I have time tomorrow, I will test it out. So far I have just tested it and found out that you can only pass back the information to the Demigod/Impulse servers that you won once per game =P Yarr, I shall try to foil all of thine hard work!

Another update:

New URL's for easier reading and SEO.

Changed what is displayed on the tournaments screen.  Now shows each team and top players for each team.  I provided links at the bottom of the page to view top player rankings for that tournament and to view tournament history.

Now showing total disconnects in player's page.

Fixed various stats bugs.  If you see a bunch of 0's or inaccurate data, that's because the data is old and we have not collected it. 

Lots of changes in the backend for collecting more/better data and getting access to the data faster, among other things.

More changes coming sometime early next week, including games played listings, player highlights (eg: highlighting a specific player's rank if you want to know where he/she stands in the rankings), player name search, a new "top players" page, and more.

Let me know if any of you find any bugs or missing data, or have any suggestions.
