No help files

No help

I purched this product two days ago and there no  help files included.

I am very disapointed as your keepsafe is just not backing up what i want it to.

Will only back up some of files of the mp3 exc out of the 50 it should have. Have no help files makes this programe useless.

 How can i get a refund?

Refunds are available through sales@stardock.com . . . but first let's try to see what's wrong.

The first thing is that Keepsafe only backs up files that have changed.  Mp3s rarely change, right?  Could that be why some are not being backed up?

Also . . in XP you can find the manual here: C:\Program Files\Stardock\ThinkDesk\KeepSafe\KeepSafeManual.pdf
