Can't seem to register my game...

I'm not sure what the problem is, but I'm trying to get the updates and when I try to register my game (which I bought at the store), it keeps saying that the code is invalid.

 

The thing is, I'm not sure which one is the registration code as there are two stickers on the inside, one for the Sins code and another for a code for a walmart theme bonus.

Use the Sins code. If it still won't work (it's only 0-9 and A-F, to be clear), contact support@stardock.com and they can help you out.

I did use that code, multiple times, I'm not sure what the problem is. I'll try again in the morning.

Edit: I tried it again, did it with several variations including all caps, no caps, with spaces, without spaces, and with and without the dashes. Didn't work.

 

I'll contact suppourt.

 

EDIT: NM, got it, apparently I was missing a section of code
