twilight of arnor wont install on impulse

it says ptreparing download for like 2 hours then it says object reference not sent to an instance of an object

this is the first time i have used impulse

anybody know why it is doing this

The Stardock root database server had a hardware crash on Christmas eve. The DB admins are working on restoring it but some services will be affected including customer database updating, software updating and downloading and other services.  We do not currently have an ETA to solve due to limited personnel being available on Christmas eve / Christmas day but it should be rectified within the next 48 hours.

Note: All users who purchase anything between December 24 and the time this issue is rectified will be receiving a 33% off coupon on all future purchases as a token of appreciation for your patience.
