Hi all. I'm really hoping somebody here can help me. For the record I have entered a help request with stardock sales but they didn't give me a reply that fixed anything before they went on their vacation.
Here's my situation:
I downloaded and installed Impulse. When I try to Add Registration I get the following error:
Product Registration Failed: The email address or serial number you entered is invalid (ref:204).
I am 100% sure I am entering the serial number correctly from inside the box. I have tried using multiple emails. No matter what I keep getting the same error. It's REALLY frustrating.
Has anybody seen this? Or know what I can do?
