I was playing a 5v5 match (teams weren't locked) against CPU opponents and I eventually got rid of all players that I didn't have a peace treaty with. However, the game didin't end and I was still recieving missions from the dead players. I also noticed that right before I eliminated the last two opposing players that their pictures already had the glass broken as if they were already dead.
I'm using version 1.1.
