Galaxy Forge map for teams

Ive got Sins for me and some friends, and weve been playing and like it alot. We really got into multiple star system games from time to time but there was always one nagging factor. We desperatly wanted to play a galaxy game where say you have 2 teams and 2 star systems, and team one starts in star system A and team 2 starts in star system B.

Well everytime, it always gets to where both teams are in both galaxies. Is there any way i can go into the galaxy forge tool, and make a map where each team starts in a different galaxy?

Some people have mentioned team index in galaxy forge, but I have been unable to figure out how the heck it works.

Yes. I think that you click on the homeworld planets and you can assign them a team index. It's been about two months since I released a map, but I've made clan match quality maps where each team starts on opposite sides of the map and not at random homeworlds.
