I would like to thank everyone for gal civ II and all of its expansions.  Great game.  This is a very minor issue but I thought I'd post it anyway.  When I first build a resource starbase, I get a pop-up to confirm the build, followed immediately buy another identical pop-up.  This does hinder construction of the starbase but is strange.  Also in the DA and DL it told me how many starbases I had, now it always says I have 0 starbases no matter how many I have.  I am playing TotA 1.96.. the latest version downloaded from stardock central 2 days ago.  Again thanks for the great game.
