WindowBlinds Cannot Start

Ok. Brand new system, clean install of Windows XP SP3. I install my motherboards drivers (DX38BT) including the sound/lan/chipset drivers, followed by all microsoft updates. Then I try to install WindowBlinds through Stardock, and I get the message telling me there is most likely a .CMD file blocking WindowBlinds. There is no .CMD file, I double checked manually. Any ideas or should I just go ahead and email tech support?

Always a good idea to email support@stadock.com and get a trouble ticket started.

Disable your anti-virus and try installing again while you wait. It might help.
