Healing

Can healing effects stack at all? It's just I have noticed that when playing against the hardest AI and this is the only time I notice it, I'll be pounding on a cap ship and it will regen at amazing rates, as in a fleet of 60 illuminators and three cap ships cannot take it down as it regains 200-400 hp/s, note that these cap ships are around the level six mark. Now is this just the hardest AI cheating or is it possible to stack like 30 heals on a ship at the same time?

Yes, I believe multiple "healing" ships/structures can work on the same unit at the same time. Additionally, if a ship, late game, is particularly hard to kill, it probably has lots of upgrades on it and/or support ships to regen its shield, etc.

The Kol battleship for TEC has an ability that regens hull very quickly for 60s, and another that reduces damage taken. The Hoshiko cruiser also has a heal over time, but it cannot stack with itself. However, it's most likely that you're fighting Vasari here, and they're using swarms of Overlords. These have a direct heal, which is most effectively used on capital ships. It looks like a white wave, and has a distinct noise. Focus fire things you can kill quickly.

No it doesn't. Kol has no repair abilities.
The only repair like abilities for TEC are Repair Station, Hoshiko, and Dunov's shield recharge.

Yeah I was fighting the Vasari, it was a lvl 6 Skiranta, which I realise also has repair could, but there weren't many overlords around, also Kol's have finest hour which is a heal over time Kitkun. It just seemed crazy the amount of regen the ship was getting, not even in multiplayer games have I ever seen a ship regen so much.

Lvl 6 ability - Finest Hour.
It gives accelerated repair for a short period!!!

Ok So listing everything that can repair/absorb shield or hull... (my knowledge is sketchy on this)

TEC

Kol lv6 - repair hull self
Kol - absorb damage shield self
Hoshiko - repair hull target
Dunov - repair shield target

Advent

Projenitor - repair shield AoE
Guardian - absorb damage shield AoE

Vasari

Overlord - repair hull target ???
Carrier Cap - repair hull AoE

Ive missed a few out , the ones that can absorb hull..?

Ok so the Vasari overseer or whatever it is adds 250 hull points and gives 2 armour, but can that stack? I mean what I was seeing was my fleet with radiance, malice, 4 caps with about 60 Illuminators and about 30 Destras pumping a lvl 6 Skiranta it getting down to about 2000 hull points and then healing up to about 4500-5000 hull points basically over and over again until my fleet would have been wiped out. I had saved it just before the battle and did this a few times, same thing again and again. Then the last time I micro killed the Overseers and then the Skiranta went down easy, but its hard to believe, I've tried to micro the overseers to get this type of hull regen going but it doesn't seem to work! Is it possible?

Also it was in my grav well with my repair stations healing me
