I understand that stuff happens, but since the developer stated that downloading Impulse was necessary for updating ToA, everyone who downloaded Impulse has reason to feel that their time has been well and fully wasted.

Many people discussing this issue in the forum seem (and i'm not criticizing them, mind you) to enjoy quashing IT bugs every bit as much as they do playing the game itself, which is fine, but if, like me, you do not - then there is no ToA update at this time.
