Right now my FPS Lag as the game goes on to a point even when I'm zoomed out on low setting it increase from about 9 FPS when zoomed in on a heated battle to 13 When Zoomed out all the way. Now I doubt its CPU lag as it says I'm only using 40 to 50% of my cpu power.

This is when playing a LAN game with a friend have not tested it in Single Player

I'm no expert but I think when I zoom all the way out I should get more then a 4 FPS increase
