A Moment for the Chinese

Heartfelt Sympathy

China was hit with a huge 7.9 earthquake today (Monday).  Thousands dead, tens of thousands injured and many, many more unaccounted for as of yet, including hundreds of school children.  My heart goes out to the families of the victims.

I'd like to echo those sentiments too, Messiah. Yet another tragedy, so soon after the disaster in Burma. I just hope that with the frequency of these events nowadays we don't become blase about them, as they mostly touch the people that need it the least.  (

Indeed. When tragedy strikes anywhere it effects us all, whether we know it not.  (

Wow, just finished watching this on CNN and the only thing that comes to mind is May God have Mercy on Them.

arent you guys in america suffering tornados too? for the americans too...... 

I heard on the news last night that the burmese army are writing their name on the foreign aid boxes......no guesses as to where our assie 22 million dollars is gonna go..(meant for aid) I know we sent another amount....... sad but true....... mother nature isnt easy to deal with when she strikes....
