Vista trouble

I recently got a new system and decided to upgrade to vista. However, now SDC crashes whenever i attempt to do anything in it.

My system specs are:

Intel core 2 quad Q6600 2.4 GHz

4gb of ddr2 667 ram

Geforce 9600 gt 1gb

DFI P965 Motherboard

Your machine is better than mine. I am on Vista SP1 - I do not have this problem.
I understand that you should run SDC as administrator in Vista.
Otherwise I don't know what it could be... HTH

Did you upgrade with SDC installed? I would recommend uninstalling SDC, reboot, install SDC, reboot.

Fuzzy suggested the same thing I would have. If that suggestion does not do the trick try installing Impulse and see if the same error persists.

Impulse is the replacement for our current downloading software Stardock Central. While Stardock Central isn't discontinued this is the new and effective way to get your download and account information.
